Fosfore

English Français
LThe Fosfore (Fédération de l'Observation Sismologique Française) portal aims to improve the visibility of French seismological networks (permanent and temporary) and to provide unique access to these seismological data.

Description of the Fosfore portal

The Fosfore portal provides a set of tools to better understand the French seismological networks and to facilitate the access to the seismological data.

Overview of the main applications :
  • NetDC
NetDC is a data request system (developped by IRIS-DMC) that allows a user to request seismological information from multiple data centers through a single request. Thus, users have access to the data from the Fosfore networks. More ...
  • Stations
This application gives to the user the possibility to select networks and to display the coresponding stations on the maps. For each station the user has access to the description of the station, to the channels list, to the instrumental responses and to complementary information. More ...
  • Seismicity
An application based on the IRIS seismicity catalog offers to users the possibility to display earthquakes on a map depending on the criteria selected (period, magnitude, location, etc..). More ...
